Super firm while also relieving pressure points on shoulders & hips! I am side, stomach and, at times, back sleeper and weigh 100 lbs.

Customer service is top notch. Great mattress at a great price. I don't have anymore aches or pain. I love the mattress it is a little warm but not too bad.

Cons

Even after flipping, as suggested, it’s soft. Doesn't fit my bed frame or fitted sheet. Another garbage foam mattress from a company with poor customer service. Back is worse than ever.

For the record a firm american bed is much like a firm american response to a pandemic it doesnt exist and it is simply done better in asia
