The recommended dose is 2 a day. This formula contains a collection of classic chinese herbs that are used in eastern medicine to support your adrenals. It is one of the most unusually effective supplements i have used.
It is truely a god send. It's softer and my wrinkles aren't as pronounced as what they were before. With my skin looking and feeling better, i figure everything else should too.
This seems to renew my energy noticeably. It promotes a feeling of calm and relaxation.

Helloive been taking schizandra long enough to give it a review
I like the product just not as much as the schizandra product from dragon herbs
I purchased the same item on amazon for less than half the price of the local store
Not sure if this is really better than anything else but seems to be worth the money considering the price

My breasts also appear to be more perky which after four kids it wasnt the case lol
