Plackers stop grinding dental night protector works great! I grind my teeth and clinch my jaw at night and my dentist told me to get a mouth guard. They only extend back to your first molars, which works great.

These are so much more comfortable than the large mouthpiece i used to wear. I can sleep on my side without pain and wake up with no sore teeth. The really big draw for me is that i am a side sleeper.

That's why i wanted the ones with the slots. They last pretty well but need replacing. They aren't wearing out fast, making them an affordable option.

These little strips work better than you might think at first glance. They look really tiny and take a few minutes to adjust to but they really work. I'm glad i found them, and will update if anything changes.
