Pros & Cons
Pros
You gotta get the stone up to temp but after that it’s ready to go. Takes about 6 to 7 minutes to bake the pizza.
You get that crispy crust like your favorite pizza joint does it yet you are at home drinkin beer. Just remember to use corn meal and turn 1/2 way through cooking. Gets plenty hot to bake a nicely browned crust. The pizzas come out crispy and chewy.
Use the peel to rotate the pizza 180 degrees after a few minutes. This eliminates the problem people have with the pizza sticking to the peel. Had pizza and even did a calzone with homemade dough, just cooked that on lower temp.
Wind screen oven door (takes some fiddling to get to fit). Small propane bottle adapter makes it convenient for the rv.
Cons
The temperature gauge is incorrect.
The machining on the 'parts' is absurd. It is so frustrating. It looks like i am the only one who isn’t thrilled with this pizza oven.
When in off it cuts the gas so it won't lite the oven. When the spark does happen, you now have too much gas and cause a blow out/fireball.
Highlights
Quality
We were also pleased with the time that it took to prep and cook the pizza
We have run it three times and have been extremely pleased
We were all impressed with the results of our very first pizza
They are the perfect size for this oven and you will never have disasters with the peel again
Price
For the ease quality and price you won’t beat this pizza oven
Shipping
The packing and shipping seem to be more at fault than anything
But the cook time was pretty fast 5 min for this pie
Competitiveness
Next time i’m going to use homemade dough or higher grade storebought dough
Works like a champ on home made pizza just as well as frozen pizza
I ordered a replacement knob from pizzacraft
I’ve seen this priced higher than the pronto and the pronto priced higher than this on occasion

The bottom of the crest the bottom of the crust and the top of the pie can cook at different speeds depending on how hot the stone is so it’s not something you set s timer for and walk away until you hear a bell
