They took advantage of my elderly mother by charging her 14000 for a porch which by the way the cheated her off an inch from what her porch was before

Broke up her sidewalk with the weight of the bin they had to catch cement and wont fix it placed one hand rail up that cant hold the weight of a feather not to mention is off angle and didnt go all the way up to the front door to fix that part of the porch

And to seal it all off with a crappy bow the finance company they used is already billing my mom which means they got their money and could care less about the shotty work that was done

Also the gutters installers replaced our gutter that was draining on the front lawn with another one opening directly on the walkway just by my porch obviously not a very smart thing to do water will freeze in winter on my porch and becomes very slippery

After many emails and phone calls and eventually threat to go the the bbb and attorney general a team showed up and agreed that there is a problem that needs correction by their gutter guy
