Pros
The pixie is a well made, discreet, quiet toy. The sound is discreet and the settings are more purry than other vibrators i've used. Noise level is not too loud and it’s very easy to clean.
The lifetime warranty is amazing. It's worked flawlessly. Lifetime warranty makes up for the malfunction.
The pixie is so cute! Alas, nothing can be done for the coat. The shape is perfect for when my partner is involved, as it doesn't disrupt the flow of things.
Nicole is amazing there. Pixie is my favorite. It’s a very intriguing toy for the curious minded.
Cons
The design of the two parts at the end seem to fit too wide. And, trying to maneuver the nubs into any position is unwieldy, awkward, and tiresome. This toy is in our literal junk drawer.
The thing starts rumbling louder than usual and will barely move at full charge. It's quite frustrating to be promised something like a forever warranty and then a few years in have them not even bother to answer any emails.

Packaging/appearance
Love the packaging and the design but it didnt give exactly what i was looking for
However the packaging was very discreet it came with a little discreet travel bag and a very nice box with instructions on how to use
It came vert discrete typical amazon packaging with the real sweet vibrations packaging inside
Competitiveness
Many different settings and comfortable for use with a partner
However the pointy ends were a little too firmhard for my wifes liking
