I bought the xxxl which is supposed to equal a us large while i normally wear a us large with no problems this is fairly tight in an odd pattern it feels to me like the arms are from a medium size but the chest is size large

I mainly wear this sitting at a desk so it works however i feel if you are going to wear this while bendinglifting youd probably end up ripping thru this
