Pros
Quick and easy to clean daily as my coffee brews. I love this thing, and a quick spritz of clr and rinse regularly will keep it looking brand new. It's dishwasher safe.
My two cats love this water bowl. It appears to be a lovely, solidly-made product. It's way easier to maintain than the petsafe drinkwell 360 fountain.
Some complain that thr unit needs to bre cleaned frequently. This is normal maintenance for any pet fountain, as dirt and debris are likely to get into the bowl from dirt-filled faces and drooly spit. A zero water filter is the way to go for really cl... Read More
The only times this fountain is noisy is when there's not enough water in it, or the cats have nudged it forward repeatedly and the cable is stretching a little too far. The noise is a little louder than i’d like and took some getting used to.
My cats absolutely love it. They especially love to sit and watch the bubbles from the fountain! My cat loves this fountain!
Cons

I am happy with the ceramic version as they dont make any noise other than the pump sound
We have had no issue with the motor and it’s typically on for 23 hours a day
I could not stand with the noise from the stainless version as i place it in my living space
He preferred to drink from his water bowl with the standing water and he didnt like drinking from the stream of water on the flower spout
Competitiveness
We have had a catit fountain bowl for over 13 years which finally cracked and had to be replaced
Easily assembled and very quiet compared to other brands
You may want to consider offbrand filters as the brandname ones are very expensive

The original lasted 11 years and still worked

Over the years the suction cups broke off and cord eroded a little being in the water for years and years but the main reason we replaced it was the plastic piece that the water fountain goes through eventually was stained in black mould and no matter how much we soaked it would not come off

That would be my only issue is the plastic spout is not resistant to mould

If you find it noisy there might be to much strain on the cable move it back a bit
