Pros
It takes him long enough to eat that he realizes when he's full. It's especially handy for times when i want to give them treats because he can't eat any faster than the others. It is perfect for cats who need to slow down their eating.
The product is effective and it removes me from the equation. Lets me sleep longer in the mornings! We have our automatic feeder dumping into it 6 times a day and that seems to work great!
Cons
The bottom of the dish area that holds the food has about a 1/2 lip that turns inward, effectively trapping the food against the edge. It's hard to scoop it out with their paws at such an awkward angle. The only way to get around this is to fill the d... Read More

It is porcelain so will probably break if dropped

Its not super easy access for my dog so if he did try to get the food out of it i would hear the bowl sliding around giving me time to stop him

So lucy figured out how to use the bowl right awayshe realized trying to stick her face in the holes wasnt working so she uses her paw to scoop the food out

My only recommendation would be to put soft sliders under the bowl so it doesnt scratch the floor
