Only one problem i have with this product is that the picture shows the black top and white bottom but i got the complete opposite

Too low and there is not enough movement for the water to flow out of the holes on the inside walls

Its a bit noisy when the water get just 12 from top of lower bowl because the pump sucks air and sound is annoying

If you keep really full then the water in the top will overflow into the bottom when you unplug to clean it because it drains into the bottom and over flows onto floor we have to keep a tray under it to catch overflowing

You have to have the water level high at all times on it or it makes a loud noise

The only noise we hear is like a small stream though if the water level gets too low the pump will make noise like any pump will
