The magnesium spray is something i can't live with out and have already used a full bottle. The mist is the biggest lifesaver, and i will definitely reorder it.

Cocolaurin and probiotics were her saviors. It has eased my morning sickness with my second pregnancy. Gum also helps but i get tired of chewing.

Cons

Probiotics need to be released in the stomach, not the small intestine. The magnesium spray makes me a little sleepy but does nothing for the nausea.
