Pros
A lot of people complain that the pink peppercorns jam up their grinder. They balance the black peppercorn with a lighter, floral, almost citrus flavor. It's a lot more attractive on eggs, baked or mashed potatoes.
Cons
I put these into a grinder but the grinder couldn't grind them well, these peppercorns are very soft.

I have never used pink peppercorn before it is no too strong as regular black pepper

I also noticed that the peppercorns seem to have just been picked from the tree which is great for freshness but you can’t really grind them as they have a lot of moisture

I will have to either dry them in a low temperature oven or i would have to dry them out in the sun which means i can’t use them right away like i wanted as i really miss my tricolor peppers that i used to buy tjoes but due to the pandemic i can’t shop there now
