We bought it almost a year ago and its still going strong even with my now 2 year old daughter and 9 year old son although hed never admit it testing it to its limits

Amazon is notorious for prices skyrocketing andor dropping so i will say that i think a fair price for this tent in my personal opinion is no more than 35
