Pros

Since i only wear dresses, i clip it on my shoe and it works well. The only drawback for me is the navigation to the different categories.

It’s small, lightweight, with a large digital screen. Large digits also make it easy to read. Easy to program the pedometer to your specifications.

The pedometer counts steps, distance traveled, and calories expended. The solution is to clip it to your pocket, where it is closer to the hip motion. It also lets me see how many calories i burn & how far i have walked.

Cons

The instructions don't show how to adjust the stride length to a lower value. I only seem to be able to raise it from the preset 30” and can’t seem to lower it to my stride length of 15”. It makes a clicking noise on every step.
