The “blue dot” turning pink tells you when it’s time to regenerate them. This works well in collecting and warning of condensation. Bought one of these to stop rear window on my wife's car from misting up.

I have used this for a while now and it does work but the colour fades so you dont know if its blue or pink

I normally dry it out by placing it on my radiator not in the microwave
