You can wear it under clothes without it being massively obvious but do wear a tshirt or something with sleeves as the straps do chafe a wee bit

The brace must be washed in cold water and then airdried

It adjusts so well i think because the shoulder straps are not fixed

The instructions tell you to wear a layer underneath it presumably to stop it itching
