Pros

Pyrantel pamoate is the active ingredient. Adult flukes are hard to remove so, i am unsure if they were flukes, am just saying that it appeared to be so.

There is a recommended dosage and an amount one should not exceed. My great-grandson is 3, and his dosage was 1/2 teaspoon.
