Pros
Love this multi-pen. The refill is as easy as can be. The four of them hold all 15 color refills available plus a mechanical pencil insert.
The grip is surprisingly comfortable, given its firmness.
The weight and balance are good to me, but your mileage may vary. I have smallish hands, and the weight and size of this isn't too overwhelming. Switching between the colors is smooth and the pen feels sturdy in my hand.
Cons
I will not be purchasing any refills, it is not worth the money for the scant amount of ink you get.
