Pros
It's dense enough to add support but soft enough to not fell intrusive. It’s soft, yet firm, like memory foam. It also has 2 little phone holders (one on each side!
For years, my husband, who wrestles with his pillows every night, gets them stuck behind the bed. This wedge fills in the space between mattress and headboard as advertised. Wide enough to keep to keep pillows from being endlessly lost in the chasm.
Cons
Good idea, bad execution. Doesn't expand all the way. They'd have something, if the wedge was wider at the top. The size is too small to do much for a true headboard gap.

As of right now it does not come close to filling the pillow case that it comes in

Updated to 45 on 1121 after a few days the pillow expanded to its full size and works well
