Bought for a road trip with a 3 yo. My eldest uses it in the lap my youngest in the car seat!
These trays keep my grandsons occupied the entire time. They are perfect for my son while we travel. Is a game changer. Comes with activities to help keep them busy such as coloring and stuffed animals.
The corners are secured by velcro. The tray can be secured around the carseat with a wide 2 strap with buckles. I like that it has a buckle to go around the seat to hold it in place.
Cons
Ruined within 24 hours of receiving it & on it's first use. Has crumbs and dirt all over it. It isn't sturdy.

My only problem was the 8 year old could unhook hers herself but the 4 year old had to wait till we stopped if she wanted hers off

Bought 2 for my kids who are in car seats one in a front facing five point the other in a backed latch based shoulder belt booster

Because they are so tightly belted without these they can’t reach seat back pockets or toys on the middle seat while driving

I machine washed out of necessity on both of them one winding road proved to be too much for one child and a full meal came back up and was almost all contained largely saving the carpeted matt and definitely keeping the middle seat clean

Mine washed out in the machine but i don’t think the curve is necessary to get new papers to trace inside and it could reduce the need to wash them frequently
