Pros

Good pilates ring. Spring is very strong and it provides a challenge while isolating and activating muscles. It’s durable and enhances yoga moves.

This ring was delivered nicely packaged with protective padding and in perfect condition. It's a very well built ring but i will be needing a 12 inch versus a 14 inch.

Cons

There are plastic cuffs at the ring squeeze points that are somewhat uncomfortable. I am almost able to touch my legs/knees together when squeezing the ring which means there is way too little resistance.

Price is ridiculous for the same item and the shipping is free for $12. Some are very noticeable and some are not, but not what i expected. Would not buy again. Large gashes and scratch marks that make it horrible to look at.
