This seems more about her than pilates, and i found it a bit hard to cope with to be honest. I also find the loud piano concerto over the whole thing very annoying.

The key thing is its not too hard i can set aside 40 minutes and know im goign to relax and have enjoyable me time

If you havent done any pilates before it would be good but you really need to ensure that you dont put pressure on the wrong places to avoid injury

Id been looking for an alternative to the gym as it bored me rigid and didnt give me the results i wanted
