The imak pil-o-splint is comfortable to wear, and has improved my wrist pain. The adjustable one fit tightly on my wrist which has been previously injured. Even in florida on a summer night, the brace feels comfortably warm, but not hot and sweaty.

The pil-o-splint is unconventional, but very comfortable. The bottom is padded with form fitting foam and is very comfortable to sleep with. The only complaint is that is is a bit bulky.

The wrap-around velcro that secures the whole works is the only thing i would have to complain about. These go through the washer and dryer beautifully.

First, the fastening system is completely backward and makes it as difficult as possible to put on. Also, it's terribly small. It is not even returnable which is unfair. Gonna try something else.
