Just remember to change the code switches on both the main unit and the remote control if installing more than one in a residence otherwise you might be controlling both fans at once with a single remote without realizing it

Was a great replacement for my original fan remote which i had struggled with for over a year with the low speed button not always working

We tried a remote that had more of a rheostat control for the fans and lights and they really didnt work so we sent back and got these

There wasnt a lot of space between the fan hanger and wiring box above but this was thin enough that with a little wire tidying it slipped right in
