The leather is genuine and solid. It has a classy look. It is exceptionally well made. The quality is exceptional.
This purse is the nicest purse i have ever had. I wish they had a matching wallet, but i found the one in the pic (also leather).

It is much closer to burgundy and does not resemble the picture at all
