Decent product. Perfect for my needs. Good quality steel. Finally worth buying.
The idly steamer pot is of good quality. Easy to use for idli,cake and other stuff in which steam is needed.
The handles were packed in a sealed pouch. No problems whatsoever with cleaning. No burnt marks at the bottom.
Cons
Platters are too close to each other, spoils lower platter idli. The vessel having very thin body. Water depth is very less.
Please be careful while buying pigeon product. Thanks to amazon for supporting and helping in getting the return and refund immediately.
Quality is not upto the mark. The packaging is very old and worn out. Its poor quality and non returnable.
The product has manufacturing defects. The black knob is broken and not available in local. You are expected to fit the handles with screw. Why cant they just provide a finished product?
