You still can read my previous comment belowi bought 2 on aug 19 2017 to upgrade my bluetooth to wifi so i can use them with alexa at first they worked perfectly you can control them with the app to be honest the app is hedious horrible interface or with voice control i used alexa and either way app and voice they worked perfect i was super happy until november 1

Because the device itself its very good it always responds to alexa request and ebcause of theri amazing customer service i will five star this product

This is an update to my previews review 112517as soon as i posted the first review someone from piershine contacted me via email and asked me to perform a reset on the device as soon as i did the deviced worked perfectly it was still recgonized by alexa and it was still on my app it was like if nothing happened i rpely back apologizing for the bad review and asking for an explanation which they gently offered me
