Pros
The value is outstanding at just above a pound a sock. Comes as 4 packs, with 3 pairs of socks per pack.
All are black in colour with the pierre cardin written around the top. Not overly thick, but good for indoors or out. Perfect for occasions when bright jazzy colours would make the wrong impression.
The only downfall is that the wording goes a bit fluffy after a few washes. Nice quality and still keep its shape & colours after 3 washes.
They give good breathability to your feet. Size 9-12, eu 43-46.
Cons
The lettering is all over the place from new. They are not top quality and i'm unconvinced they have anything to do with the brand.

These are not thick socks but they are not really thin either like some could be

He is a size 9 and even though these are size 9 to 12 he doesnt find that hes pulling the heal up the back of his ankle because of spare material

The black fabric is only interrupted by the discreet pierre cardin logo on each side of the leg high enough not to show most of the time

The socks are elastic enough to stay up but not so tight as to cut off blood circulation to the feet

Theyre light in weight so wont provide much protection on very cold days but they are thin enough to wear underneath a thicker outdoor sock inside boots
