I did put a clear peice if plastic down to protect my wood floors but as you can see in the picture i added there’s very little litter that escapes as she exits

One negative for us is the scooper that comes with the box intended to be left attached inside the igloo did not work for our cat

The scoop that comes with the igloo is rather small for such a spacious litter box and is a much thinnerlighter plastic than the individual scooper
