Pros

No scratchy fabric to irritate the skin. It is a little hot in 90+ temps but it helps me that much that i wear it anyways. This binder is a lot more comfortable than the one i reviewed after surgery.

The band is still in great shape. Highly recommend, especially for post op support. Simple to use, highly recommend.

Have to take it off at times because the boning gets uncomfortable. Highly recommend this waist trainer to anyone who is looking for a slimmer, more sharply waistline.

It is a lil long for my short torso but will definitely be keeping it. I feel that this size will work well for postpartum.

Cons

Left side is about 90% nylon while the right side is 100% cotton. Everything else on it is nylon with spandex. There is a section in the back that has a layer of breathable mesh, however, the mesh is on the wrong side. The seams aren't great.
