Pros

Very inexpensive remedy for foot pain. Ordered these for plantar fasciitis. Within 2 days my foot sole pain was virtually gone.

Good quality insole. Fit well into athletic shoes. Only drawback is they will only fit in athletic shoes because they are so wide.

They are slightly stiffer with less soft cushioning, but that is fine for me. They have good support without being rigid. I usually replace running shoes at around 1500 miles (i run on dirt) at which point my knees start to ache afterwards.

Cons

The item was listed as new but was a return from someone in raleigh, north carolina on peachford lane. Bought these due to positive reviews and advertising claiming metatarsal pain relief. Will not be purchasing again.

The insoles i received are not what is pictured and definitely not made for women's feet. They creep up at the heels and toes, implying they might be a decent fit for a size 14, but for 13 they are just too long. The discourse with cs put me off.

Advertised as “great for flat feet”. Much to high and hard of an arch. Not supportive for high arches or pronation.
