Tablets help so much with bloating and winds, as well as going to the toilet much more frequently. After finishing my first bottle my digestive problems are 100% improved. I also take inulin they are working well together.
Cons
This product used to be at 50 billion cfu at £29. From further digging, these are only 25 billion cfu. Clicked the but again option and have received the bottle on the left this time round.
