You can use the phottix odin as a remote shutter trigger or at least one that you trigger from another camera as opposed to one triggered with a remote control

But what i really wanted to do was use my odin that may or may not be triggering flashes as well cause a remote cameras to fire every time i shoot with my handheld camera

You can also put a flash in the shoe of the receiver and it will fire that flash as well as trigger the remote camera
