The lights in this set i found to be very good and bright but have no adjustable brightness or color temperature settings
They work extremely good for streaming as well and you can very easily maneuver them around
Furthermore the rack for the curtains is made of very cheap aluminum which is bad for durability but great for portablility
Overall i would say this is a good beginner lighting set but i would look elsewhere for a backdrop set
