The lights are bright and do not overheat they are not attached to the box so that makes it easy to adjust the light to what youre taking a picture of

I adjusted the exposure on the black photo to get the black background truly dark and i would increase the photo to whiten the white background because the camera really wants to overcompensate

Having this box will not automatically give you good pictures you still have to know how to adjust your camera of choice
