The phonesoap seems to be doing something but as you cant see hear or smell anything the only indication you have of it working is a blue lightening symbol on the lid coming on when it starts to work and going off when its finished sanitising

The only way of know that something has happened is by the blue light appearing on top of the unit when you close the lid on the unit

I havent as yet taken a swab from the phone to culture before and after to see if it is in fact killing off germs

Only thing is the customer service to return item is very poor been trying to contact for 1 month
