Pros
No more losing my phone in a pile of papers or answering my phone with a background noise of papers shuffling. Helps me prop up my phone, tablet, papers at my work station. Also it allows me to charge while upright.
Cons
Once you attach a charger cable it's only a matter of time before it knocks over. Color is a bit boring, too.

This phone holder is made of heavy duty aluminum and the angle of the phones positioning can be changed simply by pushing or pulling the hinge either away or towards you

The holder has a hole where the charging cable can keep the phone charged while in stand
