The car holder is useless the adhesive couldnt carry my phone and it was difficult to use

When you first get it the ring will be stiff so it holds your phone on a table or so but with time it will just move freely and will not hold the phone

It acts as holder for the dash in the car in all honesty i did not install the holder for the dash yet so my review does not cover that
