Pros

After it is initially setup, it is so fast to use. Its speed, clarity, and user-friendliness are outstanding. The computer software is also impressive.

The build quality is really good, and this printer worked flawlessly. Print output is surprisingly good for thermal printing. If you need a portable thermal printer for your small business, this is a perfect solution.

Usb-c charing and connecting port for mac or pc app. Smartphone connectivity is via bluetooth on ios or android. And it works with a usb connection too, so if you don't have bt on your desktop, you can still use it.

This sticker printer is perfect for making labels and mailing out products. The stickers look great and they aren't pixelated or fuzzy. I just attach it to the top of the box and it looks great.

Cons

The platform is a bit irritating and not exactly user friendly. Desktop use is way harder to set up than it should be. Never even closed to as displayed.

The print quality is terrible unless your are creating the label right in their app. I tried numerous file types to upload my canva design & all of them are illegible. Mobile use is near impossible to correctly align your images.

The refills are inexpensive it is really easy to use the app on my phone was easy to connect to an easy to navigate

This little printer is absolutely amazing considering the price

For the money this is such a cool little printer

I purchased additional labels that are relatively inexpensive on a per label basis

Packaging/appearance

I am extremely satisfied with it so far having successfully printed over 30 labels on the first day as i was packing and labeling the boxes

Christmas labels halloween labels for my kids schools valentines and now gor my brothers wedding

I did not realize that there was a roll of paper in the machine and i thought they were only two in the packaging

This is my first label printer and i wasnt sure what to expect when i opened the box

I already had the print master app because i have another phomemo printer

The labels stick much better than others i have tried and the label material is waterproof which is a plus for me
