I have worn it running a few times but honestly its a bit warm for the summer and id rather just run with nothing and have stashes or safe places for water food etc
and it doesnt bounce
Very minimal bouncing when running i find this to be a fantastic alternative to an armband case
I have washed air dried it a couple times now seems to hold up well but time will tell
