Pros
The quality is good and it seems durable. It is very tolerable of handling. The craftsmanship is also excellent. Will update if there's any durability issues.
The width of the light covers my entire desktop. The lamp is sturdy. I hope it holds up and remains tightly clamped to the easel.
The light itself is much bulkier than the eppie. The lighting is versatile.

Light keeps on flickering. Now it flickers all the time with the slightest movement. Tap my desk or press keys on my keyboard and get flicker with each tap.
The noise is unbearable. It is so bad that it gives me headaches. This has to be driving them nuts, too.

The quality is very good after 2 years of use it still works like the first day

The top of the light is not very flexible and the length of the neck is a little too short

The light is just tall enough to clear the monitors but it doesnt quite bend far enough to keep the light from shining in my eyes

Then i noticed that the clamp can open to 3 inches and my desktop is less than 1 inch thick

So i place a piece of scrap wood between the desk and the base of the clamp

This raised the light just enough to bend the neck over the monitor and angle the light down so that it doesnt shine in my eyes

At least it has a real plug to plug in the wall outlet and not all that usbtype stuff one sees out there
