Pros
Phillips caplets are the best pill for constipation on the market. They are not small but are pretty easily swallowed. I love not having to take any type of liquid version.
Cons
I hesitate to give these laxatives a negative review because i'm sure i'm just an odd duck, but they did not work for me. Received one of two. Cannot get through to amazon to let them.

I was for the whole first week after pregnancy in pain with an episiotomy and no able to poop

You can also combine phillips and miralax and take them at the same time

But if you do combine them or anything else with a senna product you can expect to have discomfort from mild to severe

So if you are very constipated they wont work well the magnesium pulls water into the bowell and softens the stool

But not like stool softens like dulcolax that are basically soaps and irritants that soften but also irritate to move things or senna which is a pure stimulant
