Pros
Great flavor at a fair price. Can't find anything locally to match it. Awesome rub. Glad to get it on line cone the next day.
Put this on a sockeye salmon fillet. Works great on bacon. Roll a pork tenderloin in a generous amount of the seasoning before roasting - these make the best sliders!
The taste is very true to cajun as i have found. Added a delicious flavor without overpowering sodium. Not too salty, not too bland.
Cons
Too much chili flavor. Poor quality and bland flavor. Definitely won't be purchasing again.
