Pros

When using the app it outlines each section you are working on. This seems like a significant improvement over the * b unit, which had a quarter-inch diameter peg hole for the charger.

The glass charging set up comes with a cap that you may think needs to be attached to charge but it doesn't. It does its function but a person could make their own case using a spill proof cup. It is awesome!

Phillips sonicare toothbrushes aren't inexpensive, but they're well worth the price. This is my third sonicare toothbrush and each of them have last 10 years or more.

I have sensitive gums that are receding. Combined with my water pik after first use my teeth were noticeable cleaner & felt better. No cavities, or any other weakening of my tooth enamel.

Cons

After two months it is broken/defective. My issue is the battery life. Philips international service is not able to offer a resolution in india.

I already have one but i purchased this one for my wife and we are both over the moon about this product

The difference between the new one and the old version is only the packaging and they add more stuff with the newer version
