I guess the one thing i notice is that sometimes the spray strength seems to be weak in which case i just repeat until i get a good one it seems like it may have to do with the angle i am holding it or perhaps the pressure i am applying to it because it seems to happen only for certain teeth and multiple times in a row so they seem to have somehow made the strength more consistent with the airflosser ultra  Read Less
