Pros & Cons
Pros
This new model is much nicer though. Battery life is great, its easy to maneuver around my face and hard to get areas. The shave is really great.
It's easy to clean and i haven't had to recharge it yet. Cleans up fast with a brush and back to the charger.
Razor absolutely offers me a cartridge close shave. If you are looking for a mid-range priced electric razor, this is a nice choice. While both are great shavers, i like phillips better.
Almost all the philips norelco click-on shaver accessory heads are interchangeable. It also comes with a nicely made beard trimmer attachment. This hair cutter has a comb and adjusts to cut hair and beards from 1mm to 5mm length.
Cons
This razor is terrible and gives the worst shave. The razor blade design is not the comfort cut blade system. It pulls on my beard. Takes too long to get a close shave.
Phillips electronics, owner of norelco, has lawsuits against it, and a recall of their entire line of cpap machines. After multiple calls they either say they do not have the part or that the defective part is not covered. The warranty is not worth an... Read More

In other models the beard trimmer is built in and consequently has a much smaller trimming width
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
Both the beard trimmer and this shaving head have a small linesr protrusion on the peg thst inserts into a slot in the shaving body a bit like a key and lock
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
The protrusion on the beard trimmer is rigid plastic but on the shaving hesd it is more pliable presumably so this head can wobble a but to conform to hills and valkeys on my face and neck
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
The problem is that after many months of use this protrusion seems to have worn down slightly either from the shaving head being removed and replaced to accommodate the beard trimmer twice a week or simply from normal movement
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
And as a result the head begins to fall out of the shaver body into the sink or onto the floor

It is hard to order replacement parts from their fulfillment center encompass if i remember correctly

But if i do locate a head for this shaver it turns out that the item called a head by phillips is just the assembly holding the three rotary cutters the item i separate after every shave to rinse out the depressions into which the cutting units are held since i wetshave with lather

It is simply not possible to purchase the larger component that i am calling the head
