Pros

Wires pre-stripped and long enough for all 4 bulbs. Received the ballast on schedule and installed. Now have ample light for working in garage. Beats buying a whole new fixture for sure.

Not an electrician but not too difficult to install. Nineteen bucks vs a hundred for the whole assembly means win!

Cons

This ballast is electrically noisy. After 3 months the light flickers several times when turning off the light. Only lasted a little over 2 yrs.
