Of the 2 refurbished packages i purchased only 1 out of 4 bulbs powered on

I ordered the white ambience not the color and the bulbs are only slightly larger than the halogen bulbs they replaced

One further note the lumens from these gu10 bulbs are highest at the center of the white spectrum reaching a maximum of 300 lumens at 4000k
