The quality is good and the effect is very good
The pump definitely does its job and can keep up with the medela pump that they let you use in the hospital

I bought additional flanges for the medela hoping a larger flange would work better

This hand pump is a life saver and the listed price is incredible
First off its not cheap its manual it just happens to have a good price attached to it
If you wanted to have something that is easy to use and affordable price buy this one

I usually swish it around to make sure that all the milk drains into the bottle

This is better than the 400 medela hospital grade double electric pump the hospital loaned us
I have a medela pump in style advanced and the avent isis
I used a medela symphony at 70month rental until a few weeks after my son was home

It was bulky rediculous to lug around and when i worked in buildings that did not have a convenient place to pump or a plug it was rediculous

It can be easily lost and i found that if i pump too hard it will get out of place and the pump is then useless
