It is inteligently designed keeping in mind convenience, storage and maintenance of the appliance. One drawback is that i seem to hurt my hand every time i clean the inside of the mug.
Can't stop raving about this product. Very thoughtful and innovative product by philips.
Cons
Product has zero customer support. Looks like amazon has an entire batch of faulty stock. It is already a second purchase that is fake.
Delivered in a shabby condition. Full box was torn & inside the entire machine was not even placed well.
